On November 1st fire departments from 6 counties were summoned to assist at Pocono Manor resort . At 1600 hours a 5 member crew from station 50 responded to assist with the fire fighting efforts. The crew from station 50 was on scene for approximately 8 hours before returning to Nazareth. The fire is still burning, over 24 hours after initial dispatch, the early firefighting efforts were hampered by high winds and lack of fire hydrants in the area. These are a few of the pictures that our members were able to take while they were there. Unfortunately, the building appears to be a total loss.
